Education

Required - High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Bachelor's degree, additional degrees, business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications.

Work Experience
Required - 2 years experience in education, health care, IT or related field.

Other

Required - One year of Epic experience OR Bachelor’s degree

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to teach/present one on one, in a group session, or in front of a large audience (including providers)

Job Duties
•  Provides technical training and support to end users in a classroom setting
•  Assists managers and/or end users in problem identification and participates in problem resolution activities
•  Develops, utilizes and maintains required records for department and regulatory agencies
•  Maintains expertise in assigned applications and departmental workflows
•  Provides Epic support for Go-lives and organizational initiatives
