This job coordinates the daily operations of programs and projects. Coordinates and implements programs, outreach, education and other projects.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education
Required -
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred -
Bachelor's degree.
Work Experience
Required –
5 years of related experience;
OR
3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detailed oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously while working under minimal supervision.
Ability to work before or after regular work hours.
Job Duties
Oversees, plans and facilitates educational events and programs.
Upholds quality oversight for the specified program through data maintenance and/or assessment of KPIs.
Ensures consistent and timely communication of notifications and events.
Assists with marketing of the program, in-services and educational events and other programs as assigned.
May assist with special projects associated with the specified program.
Performs other related duties as required.

Physical and Environmental Demands
The physical essential functions of this job include (but are not limited to) the following: Frequently exerting 10-20 pounds of force to move objects; occasionally up to 100 pounds of force.
