This job is responsible for the creation of organization wide reports, dashboards, and analytics using HR data. Collaborates with stakeholders and the Centers of Excellence (COE) assessing analytic and reporting needs. Assumes responsibility for developing scalable reports and reporting solutions to ensure sustainable processes and accurate reports to meet those needs.Education
- Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred - Bachelor's degree
Work Experience
- Required – 9 years experience in operations and provider healthcare; or 5 years experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- Required – Must have advanced experience in Workday HCM report writing and dashboard development, including calculated fields, advanced/matrix/composite reports, Discovery Boards, Workbook, and dashboards. Experience with extracting data from different source systems, analyzing, designing, and developing analytic outputs such as, but not limited to, metrics and dashboards.
- Preferred – 2 years’ experience in Workday configuration and/or Workday Reporting and Report Writer
Prior experience with Workday Prism.
- Preferred – 3 years experience in Workday configuration and implementation for HCM, Talent, Advance Compensation, Recruiting, and/or Benefits
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
Proficiency in Workday and/or systems configuration of HCM, Talent, Advance Compensation, Recruiting, and Benefits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the required business processes
Knowledge of HR operations and HR transactions
Ability to develop and create Workday reports and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and prioritization
Ability to manage complex request within tight deadlines, identify when data-related issues need to be escalated, handle information confidentially
Strong focus on customer service with ability to deal with ambiguity and work with a diverse workforce
Ability to manage high volume of customer requests and overlapping projects
Ability to work independently and within a team
Job Duties
Identifies and prioritizes key Workday optimization opportunities
Executes mass data changes in core system (i.e., EIBs), ensuring highest level of data integrity and customer service orientation
Gains key stakeholder alignment on the business value, scope of work, and project prioritization
Works independently with clients to review, clarify, and document complex business requirements
Leads projects as defined by leadership, including but not limited to leading meetings, providing regular project updates, and adhering to project deadlines
Maintains up to date documentation for job aids and business requirements
Configures new Workday functionality including research, testing, and validation
Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application system upgrades or fixes
Maintains awareness on applicable Workday updates and trends, including evaluation and system testing for Workday releases, and focus on product and service development of key technologies
Develops and delivers communications and change management on Workday features and functionality enhancements
Performs other duties as assigned
